Writing an email marketing campaign is really easy, isn’t it? Just open a window, tap in some text and click "send". But is it as simple as it seems to be from the first sight?
Though on one side Email Marketing is the easiest and fastest way of reaching many potential customers, it is very tricky on the other side, as sending a message is only the tiniest part of the whole process of deserving the customer’s attention.
Before sending a message think whether you can answer these questions: • Are the recipients addressed with their names? • Does the letter have a personal approach? • Is the message clear? Will the recipients understand the main idea of the letter? • Is the message hooking the recipient from the very beginning to read it to the end? • Is the text of the message persuasive? Are the sentences exact, can you distinguish the key words? • Is it explained what an opt-in message means? • Can you see the company logo, name and position of the campaign sender?
If the answer to all these questions is YES, than you are on the right way of making a successful & convincing email marketing campaign!
